We encourage you to share your experience as openly and as honestly as you like, however we do have a few rules that we'd like you to follow. We can't publish your story if it:

Uses inappropriate language
Includes links to offensive images or videos
Is discriminatory in any way
Includes graphic details about possible harm to yourself or others
Includes personal contact details of any kind
